Not sure about the part, but it's not Transformers... and this thread belongs in our new Non-TF Toy forum! 8)

Opey, sorry for the misunderstanding, but by forum i just meant this section of our own board. You're more than welcome to talk about non-TF toys here! :D

Considering it is neon, I would assume it came off of an early 90's GI Joe vehicle...

I will check with my sources, and edit this post if I find something for you.

Thanks. Its almost the same color as G1 Devastator I had to hold a devastator piece right beside it to tell the difference in color. The Auction was for devastator parts and thought this was one of the constructicons guns. I was just hoping to find someone that needed it.

Well, it definitely wasn't from Devestator, as your suspicions confirmed.

A search amongst all known neon Joe pieces brought up nothing.

There were a myriad of neon on black play sets from the late 80's/early 90's though. Possibly something from Ninja Turtles or Batman?

I didn't even know you had an unknown section. Several of the things in my unknown pile are in there.

Do you have a section for the non-transformers items that have been IDed?

Well, no...but it could easily be done...but right now only about 50 or so have been ID'd...the little HELP link just above the google ads take you to the Unknown section. If you know any or know anyone that might, please point them to it :)

Any suggestions about where I might advertise the unknown section to make it more obvious would be welcome!

The guys on just about any 3 3/4" Vintage Joe forums have *sick* skills when it comes to ID'ing parts. Not just Joe parts either.

Hey, that's great! If you have friends at any of those boards, can you point them to our unknown section (http://www.transformerland.com/store/unknowns.php) to see if they can fill in some of the gaps?

I'm not a member at any of those and I'd feel bad asking them to ID 200 parts right off the bat, lol ;)
