Masterpiece Starscream

So, what is the difference between the Masterpiece Starscream and the Wal-Mart Starscream? Is it just the paint? Is the Wal-mart version the Masterpiece version painted the G1 color?

I like the Masterpiece Starscream. I love the MP Prime more though.

I have the Prime and it's the single GREATEST toy of all time, but he's lonely and I'm thinking about picking up the Megatron and Starscream...and possible the Skywarp, which of course means I'll have to pick up the Thundercracker. Damnit!
