Cold War is a Decepticon who turns into a refrigerator. His main contribution to the Decepticon cause is as a long-distance runner (a vital asset for a faction where everyone can fly), but he also serves as the Decepticons' chief operative in low-temperature environments, as well as a saboteur specializing in systems which require a certain amount of heat to function properly and a maintenance worker for any Decepticon machinery which needs to be kept cool to function properly. He replaced Chiller.
