Re: BDixonarts art Folder

Nice work! 8) The colors looks great. Only thing I would have liked to have seen is a little lighter shade of black on the Baroness' costume where the hair met the shoulder. Kind of blends together..

Re: Transformers Generation One (G1) Toy Collection *1080P H

I've got a rather large PS2/PS3 collection myself, but never have the time necessary to play them in depth. I need some vacation time..... :x

Re: New toy purchases

Today, I had arrive.... a Force FX-Darth Vader Signature Series Lightsaber. This being my 2nd Force Fx Saber (has previously bought Lukes from ROTJ) I'm even more impressed by the intricate detailing on the chrome hilt. Took me a minute or two just to find the trigger switch. These sabers are awesom...

Re: Let's Pretend

Nope, not with Transformers...

I do own a few Force FX Lightsabers though, and me and my kids have had some lightsaber duels but that's about as close as I've ever came to "LARP'ing". :P

Re: New toy purchases

Nice! I picked up a pretty sweet G1 Metroplex (MIB, 100%, unused decals, exc..) from TFL a few years back for around $115 as well. Trance has some pretty good deals from time-to-time and I was lucky enough to jump on that one! :D

Re: New toy purchases

Not Transformers related, but I had 2 of these 6" Star Wars: Black Series, Storm Troopers come in yesterday. Now that I've assembled a small squad, I think I can finally relax and stop troop building. Really loving this line!!! http://i534.photobucket.com/albums/ee346/allenaustin/001_zps8cc62c4...

Re: Reissue vs. OG....... where do you stand?

I have both in my collection. And the only thing I don't care for are some of the weapons (ie: missiles) are plastic for the reissues that were chrome for the originals. Otherwise you get a figure with tight joints and crisp paint for a portion of the price the original would run you.

Re: New toy purchases

Haha...nice, Niceguy! I remember when I got my G1 Predaking right here from TFL several years ago. Awesome figure and definitely the king of G1 gestalts... The Predaking I'm currently excited over is a little something made by Mastermind Creations called: Feral Rex and I just preordered the 5th memb...

Re: New toy purchases

I've been playing hell trying to find a black series Bobba Fett :x . He seems to be the hoarder/scalper fave..... like usual. I didn't want to take chances on not finding a Fett for a decent price, so I just ordered that whole wave off BBTS for $79.99. Waiting on Leo Dux (Mastermind Creations Razor...

Re: New toy purchases

Nice hauls, Nice Guy! 8) I can't remember what I paid for those figures, but I do agree getting them complete is the way to go with G1's. Saves a lot of headache. I've become bored and complacent with Transformers here lately. Nothing to buy (unless I preorder) and nothing to catch up on, so I've de...
