On one of my transformers the stickers are so old they're just popping off when handled. Is there any problems with just gluing them back on?
Are there any glues I should use? Or ones to avoid?

Use a glue stick. It doesn't bubble up the sticker from behind, and its easy to clean up.

That was my inclination but I thought I'd check first. Thanks for the quick reply.

Use school glue, which is water soluble. Stay away from superglue, or any which is based on solvents, as they will melt the plastic.

I use a dried up old glue stick. it seems to stick much better than a fresh stick, which tends to allow the sticks to slide around for a while.
