Stripped screws
I was taking apart a G1 Shrapnel and one of the tiny screws on his back became stripped and I was wondering if there is any way to get a stripped screw out without damaging the toy.
"Make deals, not war!"
If the screw was raised above the surface you could simply take a hacksaw or file and cut a new slot across the head.
A stripped screw in a hole? Thats a tough one.
I've never tried it but the only thing that occurs to me is putting some glue on the tip of a screwdriver and letting it dry while pressed into the screw. Hopefully that would give you enough adhesion to remove the screw. But if too much glue is used the screw could easily be sealed in forever. And I don't know what kind of glue to use. But I have NEVER had good luck using super glue on metal.
