Id on an item

I just found in a box of mine I had lost during a move,its a all black Poreche 9285,its got the numbers 32 on the hood,it also has on bottom POPY Japan 1983. I know its not a TF,so could it be a go-bot? Its alittle bigger than the auto-bot cars,and it has a little silver man in driver's seat.

gobot, is about the size of a g1 autobot car? if so, it's a renegade called Herr Fiend.
