Id help needed!

I found a lot of miscellaneous action figure accessories at a flea market I went to the other day, and I need your help to id them all!
I'm sure some of them belong to TMNT and perhaps even a few to Pirates of the Caribbean, but that's just about it.
Any and all help appreciated!

the brick wall/window is really familiar if it has tabs on I thinks from either a marvel super hero building/diarama or a ninja turtles wall that pops out

Thanks soundwave96. It doesn't have any other tabs than those that are visible in the picture (upper and lower edges).

@ Dirge - Do you know where those things are supposed to be attached? I've been looking at pictures of the Turtle van, but I haven't seen those items anywhere.

Yeah, they definitely seem to be TMNT accessories.
The news van? Does anyone know where I can find pictures of that?

They are NOT from the News Van. The news van has yellow parts.
They are from the Ninja Newscycle.
