I found this toy in a box at my house cant remeber the name of it or the line its from so please help identify!

When asking these questions it helps those us that may know to add the stamped info. Like year released and the company that made it. I can't tell you what that is though sorry.

Its a mattel 2000 toy. I dont have a very good camera so thats why the picturre is so crappy
