I've never owned any Ring Raiders, but I do have a bunch of Battle Beasts which I find very cool! :)

You know, in Japan the Battle Beasts are part of the transformers continuity. 8)

and my all time favorite favorite action figure line was Advanced Dungeons & Dragons by LJN:

Wouldn't mind having all those Battle Beasts and Dungeons toys.

What episode was it in Headmasters that the Battle Beasts were in?

Errr... what?
The vast majority of Battle Beasts had Heat Transfers. Only the last (VERY limited!) series, Shadow Warriors or Laser Beasts, had crystals.

Nope. 1-76 (The first 3 series) had heat transfers. Only the last 36 "Laser Beast" 4th series figures had crystals. And only 12 of those made it to the U.S. as "Shadow Warriors".
