Do you recall the approx size of it? Are we talking G.I. Joe height, He-Man, or something else. It rings a bell but a very very faint one.

Hm. Centurions came to mind, since the bad guys in the series have two heads. Could those be what you're thinking of?

That's a transformer. It's a pretender shell that a smaller transformer fits inside.

His name is doubleheader.

I guess I should've piped up sooner, since DoubleHeader was my first thought before you ever posted the picture... but I figured he was too obvious. We could've solved the mystery in 20 minutes if I'd said something :(
