replacement springs

Post by LD2062 »

Anyone know a place I could look for replacement springs from a toy?

I bought a huge box of parts and one of the things inside was the llarge transforming Vavilos shuttle. unfortunately one of the arms was off.

Luckily not broken just disassembled. Its got everything to put it back together except a plastic washer with a lip, a spring and the screw. The screw is easily, and I think a regular washer will work as well. But unless the hardware store carriers a variety of springs I don't know where to look for one.

The spring is 3/8" diameter, and 7/16" tall.

I'm sure I have one among the hundreds of broken transformers I have. But just randomly taking them apart looking for it seems like a good way to waste 6 months.

To know others you must know yourself first!

The bigger they are the bigger thud they make when they fall!!!
