TT's Pretty Good GoBots Collection

Post by Time Traveller »

Thanks for stopping by! Here are some pictures of the current (near-)entirety of my GoBots collection. It's a prettygood GoBots collection, but I guess it's not a great GoBots collection, and it's certainly not a PERFECT GoBots collection. But we're getting there. In the last year or so, I've been realizing and remembering more and more how COOL these guys are. Sure, the show wasn't all that, and the names left something to be desired, but when I was a kid, a lot of these got as much playtime as Transformers, and many compare favorably to official TF figs. Nevertheless, here it is in all its underrated glory:

I had to split up the regulars and everything else in alt mode, as there were too many... but by too many I of course mean NOT ENOUGH.
So, to those GoBots curious, ask anything, and I'll answer as best I can to encourage you!
To those GoBots fans, see if you can spot all the Machine Robo or European variants!
Also, see if you can spot the missing GoBots that you'd like to sell me! 8)
I'm still meaning to do toy reviews on these guys, but I'm trying to get new store sections going... (MASK, Thundercats, GI Joe)

Damn nice collection! 8) I remember having some of those as a kid (like the giant gray base thing in the upper right corner)...then there are others in there I was extremely jealous that my friends had (like the other base pictured) And I can't wait for those updates. Especially the MASK one.

Pretty cool collection indeed! I have most of the main ones. Mainly the super go bots figures. I still need to find and purchase Clutch.

Very Nice. I remember heaps of them as a Kid. They were called Mighty Machine men Here in Australia. I mostly remember the Theme song.

I've got a small Collection of them. But some of them could be variants of these or bootleg / Knock offs.

Figures of note:
Buggy Man (Green) could be faded
Water Walk (White & Blue)
Spoons (All Orange) Metal Body
Zero has different stickers more like bent wing

So I don't know a huge deal about Go-Bots
And I might of missed these figures amongst the masses in the pics.
But Hopefully this is Interesting.

And a signature is born.

I'll add a better pic soon.
But Hopefully this is Interesting.

Very nice. I have about a dozen myself and probably had more when I was a kid. I need to get a nice Scales figure someday as i had him when i was young. I had a couple of the model kits too. I have the Command Center too mib and unused. Bought it at a flea market MIB for $10!

i hope they put the whole cartoon series on dvd soon too!
