This bot is only stamped in Japanese. There is not a date on any piece. Any help would be appreciated.

Found him, but there are a few different versions of him.

Takatoku Toys: Gyakuten! Ippatsuman Series: Gyakuten oh

Just need to narrow down which one he is.
