Dunno how that'd work. Megatron's markedly different in appearance from any of his incarnations so far. Maybe it'd work if Katie could edit it well... we could use AniMegs for the bot form, and then the movie Megsies in vehicle...

"Some other characters" would also lack a good representation.

Especially a certain Cybertronian demigod.
