The head of Ultra Magnus can be attached to his chest shield...
Far over the Misty Mountains cold, To dungeons deep and caverns old. The pines were roaring on the height, The winds were moaning in the night, The fire was red, it flaming spread, The trees like torches blazed with light.

How about the fact that you can put OP's cab inside Magnus's trailer?

This feature is explicit in the Diaclone Powered Convoy, the pre-TF Ultra Magnus. The chest also has small wheels which makes a field gun which can be operated by the Diaclone Drivers. Another one which was explicit in the Diaclone toy is the function of the trailer placed underways, so the "shin guards" make a neat garage door.

Haha, great thread! I used to put the gunbarrel of Megs up back behind him, the way it was in the cartoon, but I totally forget how to do it. Looking forward to that walk-thru, Dinobot!

Hound's hologram gun (the one that fits on him in Jeep mode) will fit into any of the Decepticon seeker jet landing gear holes.

Try it out... it looks cool and is neat to have a gun on the jets that will raise and lower. You can also set the jet down with the gun attatched and it will be level with the rest of the landing gear.

That's 8) ...now imagine Hound with the landing gear
BTW the wings of the seekers fit to their arms. That's the correct height based on the cartoon appearences.

I got a good one. On 6" Ti magnus, which i got today, the two white tabs at knee level on the outside of his legs fold open like the g1 toy! (on the g1 toy, they were supports for the upper deck of the trailer, and had to fold out of the way in bot mode) I like it, it's a neat retro touch. historical accuracy in transformers!

Does anyone know if there is a place to store his rifle in truck mode?

The 2007 movie line Voyager class Ratchet comes with a "roof rack that converts into a shield or a combat stretcher." now it looks like a really poorly made claw more than anything.

Anyways, if you don't want him holding it in robot mode you can mount it to his back.
