Transformers G1 Display Stands

Post by Dead End »

Has anyone ever seen one of these? I've never come across one of these before but wondered if anybody else had.

Edit - no eBay links, please.

Great display for your G1 figures, eh?! :D

That is awesome!! I would never be able to sneak it home tho. Also he says its the only one yet it says on the box there was 5,000 made. The signatures are Simon Furman and Andrew Wildman.

I wonder where the other 5000 went? I would love to have one, but 100 pounds is a little too steep for me. That and its only in the uk :(

Can't say I've ever ran across this item either. It's an interesting piece, but definitely NOT worth what he's asking for it!

Why would the UK Marvel Comics people be signing the Transformers display? I'm not knocking it its just odd because the display doesn't seem to have any comic art on it. I guess whoever got this bought it and got it signed at a Botcon somewhere just because?

That is really a cool piece of Transformers memerobilia but I agree completely with Sentinel about the price that is a bit steep. If I paid it I'd be going all Astoria about it for sure!

.. and the hammer went down at £295!

Was it worth it? Who knows?!?

Personally, as much as I think it's a nice item I can think of a lot better things to spend that sort of money on!

Thats a ridiculous price, but then again, it is a great piece. I may try maing something like that. I dont think it would be very hard.
