classics treadbolt issue

has anybody else run into this:

Picked up a Classics Treadbolt, to join my jetfire and dreadwind, but was incredibly frustrated by his booster pack; it doesn't fit snugly like the other two, it's droopy in jet mode. Not a major flaw and not really broken, but it's damn annoying. I've looked him over thoroughly and I don't think disassembling and reassembling will fix it.

So has anybody encountered this or does anybody have any suggestions?
