What's the deal with rare alterntors?

Ok, how many of you out there are getting a bit frustrated with how the latest alternators (ie: Wheeljack, Swerve, DECEPTICHARGE...!!!) have been totally non-existant. I've been lucky to find ALL but Decepticharge in the stores...I will say that just about every time I run across one I'm not even looking for it...just happened to be in the store.

But I was wondering what's the story with how some are plentiful (I'm so sick of seeing ravage and windcharger....) and others just don't seem to even hit the US market shelves. Has Decepticharge even hit the US stores, or is he only been obtained over seas? Who out there has the story?

Deciticharge has yet ot be released in the US. You can find it on some online AU stores, that is it so far.

And last assortment created is has Grimlock, Swindle, and 1 Swerve. We already have a 20+ page on Alts in Classic area

Don't worry, they're doing the same thing with all their other lines. I'm still missing a couple energon that i never saw in stores.

I felt the same way with Tracks, bought him on eBay for $50+ in the red box. Now I go in stores and he's everywhere in the new fishbowl packaging.

ive seen alternator packaging in the stores but once you look at it closely its a energon transformer,whats up with that?

Altornators are nothing like Energon TFs. I may not have any, but I have seen enuf to know that, plus I am pretty sure most everyone else will also agree.

A local catalogue store here has Wheeljack in abundance, so I don't consider him rare. But then again we may just be lucky.

They have Wheeljack, Silverstreak, Optimus Prime and Shockblast(wave).
