Rodimus Prime trailer

Hello, I'm new to the forum (obviously)

I have a Rodimus Prime, but whoever I got him from had glued the trailer part shut so it won't open. I'm far too cautious to try to force it open. Any suggestions on how to dissolve the glue, or maybe you just have a spare trailer you'd sell? hehe
