No, but seriously I don't know. I was able to get mine to stand (when I had him) but, every time I would shut my display cabinet door, he would fall over.

Depends on what version Sideswipe you're talking about. The HA version is a bit easier to get to stand.

I haven't had too much trouble with him either, but a skating pose with a sword tip down is excellent for the deluxes.... a perfect tripod of badassery.

I have the original, and the HA version.
