I'm not caring for the skeletal-like vertebra they're using over and over for these figures exterior shells. With that said, I'm holding out hope that DOTM Roadbuster will be done a bit differently.

I'm not liking any of these. WTFreak is going on Hasbro!? Seriously!

Shockwave looks 1/2- decent.

I'll buy all the new "in movie" characters.

What's up with the Nascar theme? Are they sponsoring the new movie? I'd have rather had NFL teams logos on my transformers to be honest. Seriously disappointed with the overall direction this has taken. And the mech-tech weaponry is an utter fail (imo). :x

Yeah, i'm not too crazy about everyone coming with guns the size of the car. I much preferred ROTF, where no one came with accs!

I'll probably end up getting shockwave just because I have this need to have every version of him. In the words of Omega Supreme:

If you guys like these, and want them, more power to you, and I hope that you find them all.

This is just my opinion, but...

I think that as I did for ROTF, I won't be buying any of the new sequel toys, and focus my attentions on the Generations line. :?

I'm glad that they're trying to make a few new different characters, but for the most part, you can't make different cupcakes with the same old pans.

I'm with you Roar (ok with very few exceptions). I am sticking to the Classiverse/Generations vibe. Heck, I've even preordered all of the Generations figures.

I am tired of seeing a new remold of Bumblebee every three months... Remove a gun, add a gun, add a blade, change the paint, etc etc. Just too many repaints and molds. But, to each their own.

I'll admit that I was hooked with the '07 movie line. I nearly bought every one. Definitely one of each character in the movie. But, the All Spark powered, ROTF and HFTD lines wore me out. Just too much of the same things. Oh well, I'll shut up now.

...

Oh, and Roar... Thanks a lot... now I want cupcakes!

Don't think we needed this at all and the Mechtech weapons are absolutely oversized and rediculas in my opinion

That Sentinel Prime looks amazing! Image I'm not a big fan of DOTM toys but I see no reason to pass that up once it hits stores.

Have you guys seen the DOTM Ultimate prime figure? Its priced somewhere between $79-$99 but looks nice. I like the fact that it has the G1 style trailer. May just have to pick this up along with shockwave and sentinel.

The combined mode looks awful.

Sadly true. But I don't care much for mech tech stuff either. So far the only ones that interest me are megatron, shockwave and sentinal prime.
