All plastic Shockwave?

Post by DrAquafresh »

I found a shockwave which is all plastic and am not sure which version he is. On the left of the on off switch is Bulcan and the Right is Magnum.

Is there a ToyCo. stamp on one of the legs? If so it might be an Astromagnum release.

The left leg looks blank on the second picture, besides the "Astro Magnum" version does have metal parts. I reckon this is a knockoff (one of all of those available), very interesting nonetheless as it's the first I see with plastic feet and thighs.

There is a marking on the inside right leg.

Yeah, this isn't Astro Magnum for the reasons Jose mentioned.
Also, AM's sound settings were "Thorp" and "Magnoid", weren't they?
I wonder what a "Bulcan" is. :P

Not sure if you can tell by the pic but this shockwave is a light gray one. I have also never heard the term bulcan. The battery cover says made in taiwan and battery/energy.
