Transformers Iron On game pieces

Post by curch »

Does anyone remember these. You would iron on the game piece on your shirt and it would reveal if you won. I don't remember what you would win. They were inserted with your toy. I found a bunch of these today. I wonder if they would still work :)

I was going to take a pic of them but they are really nothing exciting unless you use them I guess.

Game pieces you iron on, you say? Wow! I don't remember these but they do sound interesting. Do you remember what line of transformers toys these were included with?

I don't either don't recall seeing these in my area or don't remember having the few I might have obtained. Probably too excited to get to the toy. Anyways, cool piece of transformers history and I too would like to know if anyone ever won this promotion or what became of it. 8)

I got around to find my iron on "Prizes In Disguise" patches. The Omega Supreme i put on a shirt around 10 years ago i believe. It still worked!

Anyway, I held them up to a light so you can see who the character is better. I have an extra Blitwing to trade if anyone has one that I do not have in the picture. I would like to add to my set.

I opened up my Protectobots along time ago and an old Beacomber lying around and this is what was in the packages.

First Aid - Smokescreen iron on patch

Blades - Blitzwing iron on patch

Groove - Superion iron on patch

Streetwise - Ultra Magnus iron on patch

Beachcomber - Slag iron on patch
