Frenzy, Counterfeit or not?

Hi, after browsing through a number of sites regarding recognising counterfeit Transformers...I have been led to believe that this figure of Frenzy may be counterfeit.

Its something to do with the rivets and the hips or something. (it does have the 1984 Hasbro Takara stamp tho...
