Early Takara BW Neo Unicron Figure (un produced)

I just ran across this un produced Unicron figure. It was Takara's second attempt at making a Unicron figure.

Why do you guys think of it? If it had been mass produced would you have bought it? I might have if the price was right.

Too much kibble for me. I think the one they did make was a better design.

Looks neat. Would have been cool to see a final product.

As of yet, I don't own a Unicron.

He does look pretty kibbly/ shellformer-y, but it would have been pretty neat to see a finished product.
...I wonder if they're ever going to release the unproduced G1 Unicron?

does anyone have any links to that Unicron? I've never heard of it until it was mentioned here a lil while ago.
