It says Mattel 1993 on the bottom and it has a key that goes in the back and pops open the compartment. Thanks

Your vehicle is from Mattel's "Key Force". It's Blade Raider, an evil War-Lock (pitted against the heroic Keymasters). It was a series of vehicles from the size of motorcycles on up, and this was one of the biggest. They're very much like M.A.S.K., but with the keys to transform, and this one bears a striking resemblence to Slingshot. The Helicopter should come equipped with a bunch of maroon guns and missiles.
