Need Help Identifying Parts!

I've recently gone through all my assorted toy pieces/parts and have identified almost everything except for these last two.
The red cannon/gun definitely looks TF in style, but I cannot find it in any book or parts database. The white missile I originally thought belong to the G.I.Joe line, but was unable to identify it as such, so thought maybe it was TF as well, but once again, I'm unable to verify exactly what it is - any help on either of these is greatly appreciated!
