Actually, I've been meaning to ask this and keep forgetting: do most TF fans consider the comics to be the major continuity, or the cartoon series? It seems to be a mix of both, but at the end of the day, what would you really base most arguments on? The comics?

(OOC) yes the comics, they are the be all and end all. The cartoons were just that, cartoons a rolling advertisment to sell the toys. In the comics if a robot got blasted it meant damage. Not a stupid pinging noise! Have look at time wars were Roadbuster blasted galvatron in the face! That had to hurt!! Next time yiou are here I will show you.
