Hi all,
This is an intriguing friction powered car I found time ago...
Why should I ask for this? Because it's a Takara/Hasbro product, that's why! Besides, it has some sort of connectors which make me believe it was part of a bigger thing... Perhaps some sort of gestalt robot?

I think TT could be right that it is a Jig-saw puzzle, of some sort.

The ball connector on the front would it connect to the clasp on the rear of the car? I am wondering did it make a road train of some sort and all the cars were connected, like a car centipede, if you will.

It's possible, but the side connectors indicate the chances were open to other combinations. I think more these were intended to make a surface rather than a chain.

Could it have been like a collectors piece? Where they all linked together on a display of sorts?
