Help Identifying Part

I found this part in a box and can't for the life of me figure out which toys it goes with. Does anyone have any idea what Transformer it's from?

That part is from Transformers Classics Mini-Con Teams: Demolition Team (Sledge).

I don't know how you do it Minerva... It's like you have an almanac in your brain.... Are you secretly Teletran 1?
