Does it look like Primal seems to give prefer treatment to Rhinox and Dinobot sometimes?Doesn't Prime do so with Bumblebee? Megatron does with Screamer?Do you think that is so or are there other leaders who think do that?

Going off the comics, Megatron certainly does not appear to give Starscream special treatment as he blows him across the room in the Beginings book.

As for Optimus Prime, I thought that in his eyes all were equal.

I think Primal and Rhinox had been pals for a while before BW. As for Prime liking Dinobot, I think it was a love/hate relationship.
