IDW Comic. THE TRANSFORMERS

Hey I just picked one of these up. I don't usually get into comic books, but this one is pretty cool. Its the G1 Characters in modern day. I could only find the current one (#10) but it looks really cool. Bumblebee is the leader???? but looks sweet.
Is this old news? I looked but didn't find it in any other thread.

I have a few of the comics. I'd have to look again. But I do recall a few Armada, Energon, and the G1s. Then I remember the GI Joe & TF special. Before that, there were the Marvel comics that were good too.

Thanks minerva. my bad. I found an app for the comics on my ipod and the comics are only 1.99 as opposed to 3.99. I'm really liking the story pretty cool. I'm also noticing they are not completely G1. Some are but they seem to be an updated version of their G1 selves.

seen the adds online and the covers. they look cool but i really liked idw's spotlights.

I would like to check out the original G1 run. I need to find some digital copies on my ipod or something.
