Sorry I am months late getting back to this Sto_vo_kor, in the War Within Issues the Protectobots were there, formed Defensor and fought Devastator. Hence the Could they have been destroyed and reconstructed theory.
Thats ok.
But I dont see why there's a "destroyed and reconstructed theory" when they werent destroyed in the War Within serries.

Yeah in the cartoon they just poped up.
In the Marvel G1 comic they also just poped up but I think in one of the later issues Hotspot makes a remark on how he was given life by Optimus and the creation matrix.
But even if thats the case it has no bearing on the War Within comic.
Unless some of you guys are engaging in a mash up of universes????
