We're only just getting started, so I haven't jad too much time to sort through much. He basically leaves everything for me to go through and sell. My payment for helping is free toys. He has some whiplashes, a stinkor, and a two bad, but none complete yet. I am waiting for him to get me more tubs to go through.

So it's a matter of distribution again... I have had Two Bad (and sold it cheap), the others aren't rare either. In my opinion those later figures like Clamp Champ, Ro-Tor (and the evil one), King Randor, Scare Glow and Ninjor are by far the most expensive. None of these used to go for less than USD 80 (so it was in 2002).

By the way, I know a bit about MOTU since I sold a collection in 2002. I had to do my homework to know how much to charge for them.

I've got about four MOTU figures here somewhere. One is blue iosh and has a wheel inside him. one is large and green with sucker hands. one has like a radar thing on his chest and the final one his legs slot into his body and then relases at the press of a button.

Anyone know what they are? I'll try to dig them out if needs be.

The most likely reason for those figures to be so much is that the fad had somewhat ended when they were released. He-man's cartoon had been cancelled, The live action movie stunk on ice (and completely betrayed any type of continuity the figures/comics had), and figures that were released in the MOTU line were showing up on She-Ra, which left many young boys disillusioned. Thus these figures were never bought.

At least that is how I felt, and I had every figure up to and including the Evil Horde (with matching bases and vehicles).

The first could be Webstor missing parts. Green with hands that suck sounds like Leech to me. The blue guy with the radar is Sy-Klone. The rest... I can't remember, do you have pictures?

man seeing those makes me cry. I think I had about 95% or more of the MOTU figures that were released as a kid. I got a new one nearly every week and I gave them to my nephew and or a kid who lived near us whose parents believe their alcchol was more important than his childhood.

I would have had an almost complete set, plus I looked after my toys. I kept them all in great condition after I opened them.

It is depressing to know what we gave to others when we were kids. My good friend on the other hand was a selfish brat only child that thankfully today still has every single toy he had as a kid. Thundercats, mask, captain power, star wars TFs, etc. (I loathe him) :D
