My Target store (upon personal inspection) has the Deluxes on sale for $8, but the Shockwave vs. Bumblebee and Sunstorm vs Ratchet exclusives are $21. That is $5 less than their original price, but they are not selling for $5 here. If you got some, it must be regional.
However, if anyone's looking for any Transformers in stores right now, Target currently has ALL their Transformers on sale. It'll save you a few bucks.

K-Mart is haveing a huge toy sale 50% off the clearence price of toys they have universe ultras for $11.00!!!!!!!! and mighty mugs for $5 plus u can use the bk cupons with themso you can get two ultras for $17 that is a deal lol
