g2 leader megatron

What triggers the sound effects for g2 leader megatron? Mine makes sounds, but I cannot find any buttons. They just seem to go off randomly, mainly during transformation.

Push down robot head/flip up robot head/press driver's hatch: "MEGATRON ATTACK!"
Press down on front tank wheels' axle: engine noise
Rotate up L arm: pew pew pew!
Pull back tank cannon bolt: K-chk!
Push cannon fire button: PCHOOOOW
Pretty cool, actually, since they all correspond to motions on the figure.
The tank axle engine noise will run the batteries down if it's in a box and jostled around.

It will only work when the cannon has been cocked first. maybe that sensor wears out due to impact.

Tried that but still nothing. I do think I've heard it while transforming on occasion but I've not been able to figure out how to do it on demand.
Still most of the sound works thats good enough.

Did you know that he fires Q-tips?! They fit perfectly in his cannon.
I founfd this out a while back.

I found out how to make my cannon make sounds. 2 different ones actually. I just raise the barrel up and that usually triggers it. 1 that sounds like a launching sound I guess, and occasionally one that sounds like an explosion.
