yeah, but i don't have a minor currently, and i do intend to be lost in books 
I'm sorry man, but lost in books isn't cool.... you gotta socialize. That is the fun with dorms. Dorm life is awesome, hopefully you have a neighbor that has tons of cool stuff.
I had this one kid from Salem Mass at Hebron. He had everything. I used to watch Family Guy and Seinfield in his room on his comp all the time. Great times. Then there was Wilson down the hall, who had every video game system known to man. We sat in his room and played it all the time. Then I borrowed kids laptops all the time to use the internet. Good times.
That will be much better than time spent in books.
