Is there that special piece of machinery in your life that you swear has a personality of its own? For me its this:

Image

The Xerox 6080 Memorywriter! It runs off floppy disks! And its a total Decepticon, way eviller than Mega-Galva-tron could possibly hope to be. They should take lessons in evil from Xerox-con. He is my official nemesis. Who would have thought in the year 2007 flipping typewriters would still be used!!?? Its a necessary evil though, court documents need to be typed in triplicate, which makes for fun when you have to correct an error. I hate it. The keys are big and creepy underneath my fingers and there isn't a ridge to let you know if you're on F or J. The manual is thicker than the Gideons Bible and I just know that one day I'm going to go into work and all of the disks with all the court docs on 'em are going to be erased. And I tell you what, that's the day me and him are gonna go at it Office Space style.

And his friend next to him, Texas Instrument Calculon-tron is a big piece too. Oh, yeah, the equals key is busted.

Yeah my computer has a mind of it's own.
The other night I was surfing and checking out the forums.
Then suddenly I lost connection.
Since it's the first time I ever had a cable connection, I had no idea what was wrong. So I spent about an hour, trying to fix it. I did system restore twice. Uploaded some software again. Deleted some software that didn't need to be deleted. Then I look at the cable modem thing with all the lights on it. It says "standby" i mess around with the wires and stuff and finally I see a little black button on top of the black cable modem thing.
it said "standby" I press the hidden button and BOOM! I am back online!
I suddenly became a freakin genius!!

... should I even touch the fact that there's a bottle of lotion and a roll of toilet paper on your desk? Hello, nightmares...

The English word "sinister" comes from the Latin word "sinister,-tra,-trum", which originally meant "left" but took on meanings of "evil" or "unlucky" by the Classical Latin era.

It's appropriate.
