I don't have an overall list, actually(!) :?

Everything I have is documented in photographs, but I don't have an actual list, which really I should make now that I have quite a lot. That said, I'm not in any danger of buying something I already have - I would know if I did that - but it would still be nice to list them properly in excel or something so I could keep track of stuff as I buy more.

Actually, I really need to do this for Mrs S's toys, as I have on occasion bought her a Care Bear or My Little Pony in duplicate.

I either have stuff displayed, in boxes or on the floor. It looks like aisle 5 of Toys R Us has exploded in the spare room.

My husband's G.I. Joe, M.A.S.K., and Shogun Warriors collection is in the attic/workout room/catch-all.

I try to do it by memory, but when I combine bots, parts, instructions, boxes, and every other toy that I have, I need a word document for it all. It also lists what i still need in the way of parts and other miscellaneous stuff.

I am currently using my memory, however since now I'm starting seriously to work on the project of a Transformers "guide", I'll have to use some system to keep up. However, my collection isn't yet that big to be clueless when it comes to know what I have and what I don't.

I hope Mrs. Megatron doesn't interrogate when you have over energized.

If she does...the first rule of counter espionage is to keep 8)

I use an old database software that I scored from my mom's work several years ago. My database consists of pictures of all my transformers, their instruction books and boxes. 178 transformers all G1.
