Wii Game System Question!

Does anyone else have a Wii Game System? We got one for our son for Christmas and it comes with some really fun interactive games: Bowling, Baseball, Boxing and Tennis. The Tennis game is where my question lie. So far it will only let us play doubles, but NO singles. Is there not a way to change the setting to just get one on one? Just wondering! Appreciate any info.

i have a wii also but i can say i have never played the tennis game

Wii Sports Tennis is doubles only, but doubles can be played by 1 player, you just control the both players on you side at the same time.
