Has anyone seen the design on the internet?They suppose to change shape and move around and be powerered by the wind. The first will be in Russia and architect wants to have one build in NEW YOrk. Maybe it isn't a good idea in the windy city,Chicago or tornardo alley?
I thought the first one was set for Dubai. It seems like a really bad idea, who wants their floor to spin around a building? Now if it transformed into a giant robot, that would be a whole different story.
