Why does nearly everyone in the US seem to own a gun? ( maybe not everyone) other than cause its in the constitution. I can understand rifles for hunting etc but hand guns..... P.s im not dissing it in any way just want to know your thoughts on the topic

Yeah, i did. i thought the vid was gonna be about that.
As for guns: i inherited mine, a single shot .22, which was used as a tool for anti-vermin support on my grandparent's family farm. I don't hunt, but target shooting is fun.
also, sorry, but if you outlaw guns, the only people with guns will be the outlaws

I agree TT, without guns there would be chaos, we need them for our protection and survival (hunting)

as far as guns go i hate them have been held with a 9mm to my temple and haveing owned many of guns in my younger days i no longer see a use for them all they did was cause problems then lol. but now i do own two but they are family items one is a 22 that was my granfathers sidearm in wwII and another was made for my great great great grandmother and has never been fired.
I don't know why that woman would treat a firearm so recklessly! Anyone with any sense would leave a firearm alone if they knew nothing about it. Wishful thinking I know but.....
What the woman's husband did however was extremely irresponsible. I don't believe that she pulled the trigger of the firearm but many people have "dry fired" plenty of unloaded weapons with tragic results. Even if the clip (If it were full) were removed from the gun there could still be a bullet in the chamber if someone cocked it or if she had managed to do it herself at some point.
The woman should have listened to her husband and left the gun alone that is absolutely true but it was inexcusable for her husband to leave an unexperienced person alone with a firearm as well.
Actually.......I don't think I like the video guy at all. If he gets his entertainment from scaring his wife half to death then posting the humiliating incident on his whatever page it shows his quality and maturity level.
She now may never wish to learn how to handle a firearm safely/properly because of this frightening experience.
I am not anti-firearm when I say that either. We have several different type firearms in our home for protection and some antique.
We do go hunting but we use primitive weaponry for that. We also eat what we take..... we don't make tacky home decorations with it.
