you could get it at gamestop, and the game is fun but i only borrowed it from my friend.

Depends on which version you are looking for.

Most of the time you can find NSFU or NFSU2 (The Sequel) at places like GameStop or EB Games. It'll probably run you under $10. I know you should be able to find it for PS2, GCN and Xbox. There was a PC version but it's hard to come by.

If you're wanting a good Need For Speed game, i would suggest NFS Most Wanted. There are more customizing options, and an actual story to it. plus the cars you get to choose from are great, and you get to run from cops

Perhaps you could try a movie/game rental place? Sometimes these services rent games with the option to buy at the end of your rental time. Admittedly I don't know how much that would cost but if you have to have a game, its rare and they have it/allow purchases that'd be a good way to get what you want.

Have any of you ever done that before? The last game system I had was a Turbografics 16.

Im not sure how much you get to check it, but sometimes ebay has them at farily good deals. If I find any this weekend, i'll let you know. We have a few game exchanges and vintage stock stores, so im gonna be on the lookout.
