That would be the ultimate GIGGITY, because you would get more of the charge due to holding the metal part.

if the knife has a handle that is completely encased in rubber, then no metal would touch the handle and thus no electricity would pass through to the blade.

Tho I suspect a few cuts would be a possibility depending on how can he jams it into the socket.
