I don't think Dirge is really fixing his tractor. I think he is turning all of his farm equipment into Combiners so he can take over the world.

yes ok ... i parked a tractor at the bottom of a pond after a failure of brakes and an argument with a dry stone wall at the bottom of the hill

and i had a minor catastrophe involving a field that LOOKED nice and dry ...
