Fight it, fight it Sto-vo-kor!
I REALLY hope you find that donor.
(oh it rhymes!)

I'm going to be real blunt and ask how much weight you need to loose?
Absolutely no offence intended, but maybe you have friends who can help you with this? I'm thinking walks and so on.

Best of luck, my hopes are with you buddy.

Best regards,
Kristian / Hound

I'm not exactly sure how much I need to lose yet.

I know I gained about 75 lbs in the years since I started insulin.

I'm 6ft tall and weight in at about 295lbs.

I would like to get back to 225/235 but I need to find out what is needed for whats coming.

On the bright side, you now have a perfectly valid excuse to hit someone up for a Wii and Wii Fit. Not that it's a *great* weight loss program, but... it's definitely a decent and fun low impact workout that helps set goals and tracks your progress as you go. Throw in some Boxing and Tennis to get your heart rate up, and you could have a nice fun start.

Good luck and get well, Sto!
