Can anyone recommend software/program that they use to keep track of their collections. I would want something that can use images. Any suggestions?

Microsoft Excel or Open Office is all I use.

I used "Action figure vault" for a while. It's not too bad.

What functionality would you like said software to have? Perhaps I can whip something up here on TFL lol!

i'm all for that.
I say, do it up archive style, with dropdowns to set as "have" or "don't have". Maybe one for the figure list view, and if you have a partial, clicking an equivalent of the "info" button instead allows you to select which parts it's missing...

Time Traveller has some great ideas.

I would also like a spot to allow for multiple pictures i.e. your own pictures of the box, instructions, weapons, transformer, etc.

hmmmm... databasing is one thing, picture uploading makes it a lot more complicated!

"Have and Don't Have" wouldn't quite cut it (for me, at least). I'd want to be able to set quantities for figures and individual parts. And be able to make it printable.

Storing images wouldn't be necessary, TT. Just a spot to paste in a URL or TinyUrl for pictures that have been uploaded to the users' host of choice.

I totally agree with Banzai-tron. All those features would be very helpful.
