Trance's 1000th Post Spactacular....with momentous news

True, 1000 is just a number, not unlike any other, and, as TT would like to point out, it comes none too soon.

After over half a decade, I've gotten to know so many of you, and made so many friends. Some are young, some are old, some have come and gone, but I appreciate them all. But instead of dropping a bunch of platitudes, I'll jump right to the point.

So, the BIG BIG news....
It's time I moved on from this great place. It's been a fun ride and you all will be missed....oh wait, we already did that!

The REALLY BIG news is.....

.....

Trance gonna be a daddy! Woo Hoo :)

See you at 1001 baby!

Congrats Trance!
Speaking from (recent!) experience, it's a wild ride! ENJOY IT!

Advice: If Mrs. Trance doesn't have close family with extensive birthing experience that plan to be there, HIRE A DOULA. Seriously. Look up the word, then start making phone calls to find one you both like.

I bought my boy a vintage, 1986 "My First Transformer" Airplane when he was 3 months old. Technically, it was rated for age 1-3 years (Now, it'd be rated 3+.) But it has no terribly dangerous parts. In fact, it's actually safer at a younger age (it's hard plastic, so the only *real* danger would be an unfortunate fall with hard plastic getting jammed in an eye or such. I'm probably taking it away when he starts walking).

Fast forward to 5 months: He now rolls it around the floor to hear the clicky (engine) noise it makes as it taxis, and laughs hysterically when it fires its lasers (Pew Pew Peeeeew! sound effects provided by Papa, of course!)
