Been Gone for a while

Post by Blaster »

Hey I've been very busy and not able to post for a long time. Work, School, a wife, and two and half kids will do that though. To the point I just picked up something that I that everyone might be interested in. I have not been able to get a pic yet since I just got it tonight but its a steel autobot symbol. about 8" x 8" x 14ga. rough cut but really awesome. I am going design something transformer related but can't figure out what to make. Its needs to be sheet metal. Any suggestions?

Is this in the right thread??? ( I have terrible forum etiquette)

Welcome back, fellow Arkansan! As far as the steel Autobot symbol is concerned I have no suggestions other than a nice paperweight for now. I'm a bit perplexed on that one...maybe I can brainstorm something up a bit later on.

My dad gave me a few ideas but I think I'm going to design a set of grill tools for them to cut for me and I can probably get a guy at work to make me some nice wooden handles. autobot spatula and a decepticon bacon press.

roadbuster what part of arkansas are you from?

Opposite end from you bud. I'm on the Louisiana border in a town called El Dorado. No "known" transformers collectors in my area (which sucks) but at least I don't have to fight off the scalpers.

Yeah your way south.

I actually met the first transformer collector to my knowledge and I happen to work with him.

Wow! That's only about a 1.50 hour drive from me! We should exchange info and have a meet sometime? 8)
